Proposed new by-law

Hello everyone!

Thanks to the excellent Philip Cho and many others who made thoughtful contributions and comments, we've got a draft of a new Clairlea School Council by-law to propose to you. School Council members will be asked to vote on this new by-law at our next meeting.

Please post your thoughts/edits/corrections in the comments below and/or bring them to the next school council meeting, where we will make any amendments and hold a vote.
