- The school concert "The Evolution of Hip Hop" will be on Thursday March 5 at SATEC. The Mayhem brothers will be working on the production with the music and dance classes starting in February. Meanwhile, art classes will prepare graffiti art and backdrops for the production. Mark your calendars and plan on buying tickets for the basket raffle.
- Clairlea is getting a snack program! Funded by the Toronto Foundation for Student Success, it will provide healthy snacks to everyone with parental permission, for a small monthly fee. It'll be on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting after March break for the remainder of this school year, moving to four or five days a week next year. Allergies will be accommodated. Watch for information to come home in a month or so.
- Clairlea will be having a Fun Fair in June. There's a volunteer planning meeting on February 4 (NOTE CORRECTED DATE) at 7pm. Email clairleacouncil@gmail.com if you plan to attend the planning meeting.
